The Spiral can be added to the shopping cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button. Whenever you’re interested in purchasing the Spiral, simply click the button for secure payment and fill in the necessary details according to the instructions. The payment will only be made at the end of the process, after clicking the “Purchase Confirmation” button.

We work with a shipping company, and shipping costs are included in the price of the Spiral. You should receive your Spiral within 7 to 14 business days. Any shipping delays that may occur are the shipping company’s responsibility. Faster shipping options may be available upon request, so contact us for further inquiry. Please note that we don’t deliver to mailboxes.

To find out if your Spiral has already been shipped, please contact our customer service via WhatsApp from Sunday to Friday between 10:00 and 17:00. Please have your purchase details and order number available

We ship anywhere in the world that has trade relations with Israel. The shipping costs are included in the price of the Spiral. If any taxes apply upon delivery, they are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Most countries, like the US, Canada and many European countries, don’t have taxes on such products, but it’s worthwhile checking beforehand.


Yes. Self-pickup is possible during the week, from Sunday through Thursday, from 10am to 5pm, by appointment only. The address for self-pickup is MEYA, 56 Kadoshi HaShoah St., Herzliya. Be sure to choose “Self-Pickup” option during the purchase and delivery process.

The Spiral comes with a lifetime warranty certificate attached to its packaging. With proper use and care, the Spiral can last forever. MEYA will replace any Spiral found to have manufacturing defects free of charge and without any time limit.


The Spiral comes in elegant packaging befitting a unique and luxurious product made of pure silver. The Spiral itself is beautifully wrapped in a layer of silk paper and then securely placed in a tasteful jewelry box tied with a ribbon and wrapped in velvet. Attached to each Spiral is a delicate silver string with the warranty certificate.

The Spiral leaves the workshop only after passing under the scrutinizing eyes of our artists who have a seal of uncompromising quality and prestige. However, if, before being used, any damage is discovered, you can take a photo of the defect and send it via WhatsApp to our customer service center, and we will provide an answer. Please note that we will not be able to replace a product that has been damaged as a result of improper handling, cleaning with unsuitable materials, a fall that caused the damage, or unreasonable use of the Spiral.

You can exchange or return the Spiral within 14 business days and only if the product arrives back to us unused and in its original sealed packaging. If, upon its arrival, you decide to return it, simply send the unused Spiral back to us sealed in its original packaging along with its attached receipt documenting the purchase. You can receive credit for the online purchase minus a 5% cancellation fee. Please note that monetary credit will not be given for the return of a product in an opened package without the warranty still attached to it and a receipt stating the payment method in which the transaction was made. Without these, the Spiral will not be accepted. You will need to pay the return shipping cost, and after the returned product passes our inspection, credit will be returned to the same credit card that was used for the purchase minus a 5% cancellation fee.

Yes. MEYA provides a repair service for its Spiral products. Therefore, the Spiral can be repaired if it is damaged during use, even after many years of use. Just send it to the same address that appears on our website, addressed to customer service. The repair service is free of charge except for shipping costs, which will be at the expense of the customer.
